Gift Services

Can I have my item gift wrapped?
We would be happy to gift wrap your order and send it to someone special. All gift wrapped orders will be placed in a LittleJOEY box and include a bow and a personalized gift card.

Items can be gift wrapped for a minimum charge of $6 and multiple items will be included in one box. To request gift wrapping, just select the Wrap my gift check box at check out and enter in all the details.

Does LittleJOEY offer gift certificates?
We certainly do. What a great idea for that someone special in your life.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A LittleJOEY Gift Certificate is easy to send and even more fun to receive. LittleJOEY Gift Certificates come in all shapes and sizes too. When you order a gift certificate it can be for any amount from $25 to $500 and will be delivered to the person of your choice via email.


How do I use a gift certificate?

  • Using a gift certificate is easy!
  • At the payment section of checkout, just enter your gift certificate code in the big box that says Coupon Code/Promotional Code and click the Apply button. Your gift certificate will automatically be applied to your order.
  • If there is a balance left on your gift certificate, it can be applied to future orders.
  • If the amount of your order is greater than the amount of your gift certificate, you will also be asked to enter in a credit card number.
  • If you are having problems using your gift certificate, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help you.

Out Of Stock Items

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Our website will notify you if a product is out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot process back orders at this time, but please send any requests to our Customer Service Team and we will notify you of when an item will be restocked.

Payment Options

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. And, of course, we always accept LittleJOEY gift certificates.

Is my information safe?
All payments are processed on a secure server powered by Yahoo which is one of the most trusted web portals and has been rated by third parties as one of the safest portals on-line. Please see our Security Policy for more information.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
That's a good question.  And the answer is maybe… if you live in Maryland you will have to pay sales tax. If you live in any other state, then you do not need to pay sales tax.

Placing Your Order

The website is laid out with matching items for family members and by style of clothing. Matching items will appear beneath the item you are viewing. When you have found an item you would like to purchase; all you need to do is to click on the icon that says Add to Cart. At this point the website will take you to the shopping cart where you may either click the Keep Shopping link or click the Checkout button to proceed to checkout. If you would like to purchase matching items, click the Keep Shopping link and it will take you back to the product page. Scroll down and the matching items are listed below the product you are viewing. You can click Add to Cart for any of the matching items or click on the picture of the item to view the full details before adding it to your cart.

Promotions and Savings

At LittleJOEY, we want to save you money.  From time to time we will offer various promotions and discounts. All you need to do is join our mailing list by adding your email address to the box that appears in the top right corner of every page on the LittleJOEY website and click Submit. You will then receive great promotions right in your mailbox.

What is a Promotional Code and how do I use it?
Many of our discounts and savings will involve the use of promotional codes which you will receive via email or regular mail. These codes indicate to us which promotion you are taking advantage of. (i.e get 20% off of your purchase when you spend $100 or more).

Using your promotional code is easy. When you have finished shopping and are at the payment section of the checkout screen just enter your code in the big box that says Coupon Code/Promotional Code and click the Apply button. Your discount will be automatically applied to your order. It’s easy and the savings are great!

Promotional Rules (sorry, we have to have a few)
All of our promotions have some basic rules that, in most cases, accompany the offer. But, to avoid any confusion, listed below are standard LittleJOEY promotional guidelines:
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be applied to the purchase of sale items.
  • If a promotion requires a minimum purchase price, you will not be able to take advantage of the promotion until that minimum is met. For example, if a promotion states “Receive a 20% discount off your total purchase when you spend a minimum of $100”, the discount will kick in after you have purchased $100 or more of merchandise.
  • If an offer states “For first time customers only”, you are only eligible for this offer if this is your first time making a purchase from LittleJOEY.
  • If an item purchased with a promotional offer is returned or exchanged, you will be given a credit for the purchase price MINUS the promotional discount. In other words, you cannot receive a credit for the full price of an item if you received a discount on it, only for the amount that you paid.
  • Promotional offers are limited to one order only and cannot be used multiple times.
  • Promotional offers are for LittleJOEY merchandise only and may not be applied to the purchase of gift certificates.
  • Multiple discounts cannot be combined. Only one promotional offer can be used per order.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed in the past.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item if it doesn’t fit?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

What are the exchange/return policies?
  • All items must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will be unable to process a return or exchange.
  • All items must be returned in original and undamaged condition. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately and a new item will be shipped to you. The damaged item must be returned.
  • As soon as the item you wish to exchange has been returned to LittleJOEY, your exchange/return will be processed.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded on exchanged or returned items.
  • We cannot accept returns of sale items.
How do I exchange/return my item?
  • Exchange/return instructions are located at the bottom of your invoice which was included in your order.
  • Please follow the instructions completely and indicate which item you would like to return or exchange. Be sure to include size, color and the item number.
  • The original shipping charges are not refundable, but if the exchange is for the same number of items, no new shipping charges will be incurred.


What if I want to Exchange my item for something with a different price?
We understand that frequently customers will want to exchange an item for another item with a different price. No problem. If the item is less expensive you will be credited the difference. If the item is more expensive, the additional charge will need to be processed on your credit card. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team.

What if my item was a gift? Can I still exchange it?
Certainly. All gifts should be accompanied by a gift receipt. Just follow our standard exchange process detailed above and include your gift receipt.

How do you determine shipping costs?
 

Shipping costs are determined by the merchandise total according to the chart below.  Standard delivery is 7-10 business days.  2 Day Air should arrive within 3 business days and Overnight air within 2 business days.  These estimated times include warehouse processing of 24-48 hours.

Some important Shipping Information

  • Express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Items sent to APO/FPO addresses will usually arrive within 21 days, but possibly sooner.
  • Processing time in our warehouse will be 24-48 hours.
  • There is no shipping charge for gift certificates sent via email.
  • Shipping insurance is included in the cost of delivery.
Does LittleJOEY ship internationally?
 

LittleJOEY is currently shipping internationally to Europe.  For international orders there is a flat fee of $50 and then a charge of $5 for each additional item.  2 day air and Overnight air are not available.  International shipments will only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file for the credit card used as payment.  As required by law, LittleJOEY must list the full purchase price of your items and accurately list all included items for customs.  Upon the arrival of the shipment in your country, you may be contacted to pay additional taxes and/or duties relating to your items.  Please be aware that we have no authority over these charges.  If the delivery of a package is refused or returned to us for delivery failure we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both inbound and outbound shipping charges.

 

Alaska Hawaii and US Territories

  • LittleJOEY is happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories which include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Please add an additional $9.95 to our standard delivery cost.  Note that 2 day and Overnight air are not available.

 

How do I ship back an item I want to Exchange?

  • When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain a UPS tracking number. In order to track your order, please visit www.ups.com and enter this tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team.
What if my item was damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team (301-992-0954) immediately. We will process a claim with UPS and re-ship your item as soon as possible.
