LittleJOEY Beautiful Family Contest-Fall 2007

LittleJOEY is looking for a beautiful family!  Every family is beautiful and we are looking for a family that embraces the LittleJOEY spirit.  Is your family fun loving, and adventurous?  Do you love being together?  Then this contest is for you!  The winner will receive $3000 and appear on our website for the Fall 2007 line. 

Contest Rules:

1.      No purchase necessary

2.      To enter:

Send us a recent photo of your family (any combination of siblings, child(ren) and/or parent(s)).  Photos must have been taken with in the last three months and cannot be taken by a professional photographer.  Submissions must be the sole property of entrant and entrant must have all rights to reproduce and distribute the photo submitted.  Any submission not meeting these requirements will be immediately disqualified.

All children must be age 8 or under and wear the clothing sizes offered on our website.

To enter, please send an email to contests@littlejoey.com  including which includes:

• Name

• Address

• Email address

• Day and evening phone numbers

• Names and birthdates of each person in the picture

• Date the photo was taken

• Don't forget to attach the picture!

Please note that failure to provide all of the requested information will result in your entry being disqualified.

LittleJOEY can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt of your submission.

Entries must be received by 5pm EST on  July 16^th, 2007 to be eligible for the Fall 2007 photo shoot.

Photos will not be acknowledged or returned and all entries become the property of LittleJOEY and may be used in any manner, in any media, worldwide.

Finalists must be able to provide additional pictures upon request.

3.      Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize of $3000 and will appear on LittleJOEY.com for the Fall 2007 line.  The winner must be prepared to spend two days in a photo shoot.  Destination to be announced.  All expenses paid.  Winner will forfeit prize if unable to participate in photo shoot.  Four (4) runners-up will each receive a $100 LittleJOEY gift certificate. 

Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes.  An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for any prize valued at $600 or more.

4.      Entrants:

Child contestants must be less than 96 months as of July 14, 2007. Children must wear the clothing sizes offered on our website.  Adult contestants may be any age.  All contestants must be legal US or Canadian residents, with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other US territories and possessions and the Province of Quebec, Canada and where prohibited by law.  Employees and their immediate families/household members of LittleJOEY and their affiliates are not eligible to nominate or be nominated.

Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

Limit one entry per family.

The finalists will be notified by telephone during the week of July 30^th, 2007.  Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the finalists.  If contact is not made within three (3) attempts the finalist will be disqualified.

5.      Selection:

Five (5) semi-finalists will be chosen from all qualifying entries.  Entries will be judged by representatives of LittleJOEY.  Finalists will be required to submit additional pictures of each family member within ten (10) days.  The Grand Prize Winner and Runners-up will then be selected from finalists.

All entries will be judged based on the visual appeal of the family to the judging LittleJOEY panel as evidenced by the photograph.  All decisions of the judges are final and binding as to all contest matters.

Winners must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, provide their social security/tax identification number and must sign a liability release and a publicity release prior to their participation in the photo shoot.  Failure to timely comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions will result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible for any prize.

6.      Releases:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, damaged, mutilated, altered, tampered with, postage-due or illegible mail or for theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software delays, interruptions or malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor, or for human error.  Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in connection with the contest.

If for any reason the Beautiful Family Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer of virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Beautiful Family Search, the sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the internet portion of the Beautiful Family Search and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the sweepstakes may be a violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.  The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if its fairness is comprised or if it becomes technically corrupted.

Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless LittleJOEY, Inc. and affiliated companies, prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any claim liability, damage or expense arising from or relating to participation in his contest and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prizes.

Entry constitutes permission to use all finalists names, likeness, photographs, voices and biological information as well as entries for programming, publicity or promotional purposes in any manner, in any media, without compensation, worldwide, in perpetuity, to the extent permitted by law.
